As the Founder and President of Military Talent Pipeline (MTP), I am passionate about bridging the gap between military-connected talent and the companies that need them. With over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and military recruitment, I’ve developed a deep understanding of both the unique skills and challenges that military professionals bring to the civilian workforce.

At MTP, my mission is clear: to create a seamless transition for military veterans, active-duty service members, and military spouses into rewarding careers. By combining innovative staffing strategies with strategic partnerships, I’ve been able to design and implement a recruitment model that drives results—for both talent and employers.

Prior to launching MTP, I led successful military recruitment programs at Booz Allen Hamilton and Eaton, where I built strong pipelines of military-connected talent, developed high-impact programs, and drove company-wide recognition as leaders in veteran hiring. My approach is always rooted in collaboration—working closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and organizations like Hiring Our Heroes to create opportunities for military talent to thrive.

My career has been marked by a commitment to not only recruiting top talent but also advocating for the growth and retention of military professionals within the workplace. Whether it’s increasing veteran hiring rates, securing key partnerships with industry leaders, or enhancing community engagement, my goal is always the same: to help military talent excel in the civilian workforce.

I’m always eager to connect with like-minded professionals, employers, and organizations who are passionate about supporting the military community and advancing military talent initiatives. George lives in Cumming, GA with his wife, Janice and two ausiedoodles, Maverick and Charlie.
